CICU Organised One Day Workshop on Marketing Essentials in the Digital Age


CICU has been organizing a number of Seminars/Workshops for the benefits and up-gradation of the skills of the industry and trade sectors. The role of Sales management has become extremely critical nowadays. Therefore, CICU took initiative to organized One Day Training Program on Marketing Essentials in the Digital Age.

Upkar Singh Ahuja, President CICU & Sh. Pankaj Sharma, General Secretary, CICUJointly said that the main objective to organize this 1-day Training Workshop to aware industrialists how they can promote and advertise their products at a very cheap cost instead of higher cost advertisement. They further said that Facebook, LinkedIn, Whatsapp, Instagram are the best social sites to boost their business and digital marketing is the key to upgrade their business and compete in this completive era.

The Training Program was conducted by Prof. Sujit Sengupta, Professor Marketing, IILM Institute for Higher Education and with over 40 years’ experience in industry and academics. In his full-day session, he covered Changing Role of Technology, Marketing 4.0 in Digital driven Economy, Robotics & AI and Marketing in the New Age.

The program was attended by more than 50 participants and also highly appreciated by the participants.
