Strengthening its digital portfolio further, Aviva Life Insurance has announced the launch of Aviva SME Assist, a one of its kind digital tool for business owners. Through Aviva SME assist, business owners will be able to avail a comprehensive online report in an easy three-step showcasing their risk profile, evaluation of their financial needs, and recommendations on appropriate solutions for their financial conditions.

Speaking on the launch, Anjali Malhotra, customer, marketing and IT officer said, “The MSMEs sector contributes as much as 40 per cent to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of India. The lower penetration of insurance in the sector creates the need to offer a customized and transparent solution to cater to the needs of the SMEs. Business owners wears 3 different hats: apart from being the Owner of the business, they are an Employer and Head of the family. Each of these roles require specialized solutions to help them protect their business as well as ensure a secured future for their family. We are delighted to launch SME Aviva Assist, a customised tool that helps them assess financial gaps in just a few minutes”.

As individuals, business owners have primarily three roles to enact and thereby have three different needs to be assessed: they need different insurance solutions for different financial requirements, including expansion and protection; retention of employees through gratuity, keyman cover and loan protection; and a solution to secure their child, health and savings plan.

With Aviva SME Assist, Aviva has provided a one-stop solution for addressing the needs of the Next Gen Business Owners. In three simple steps, Business Owners can acquire a complete need assessment report directly mailed to them.
